Bintaran, Bintoro Prince’s Residence In The Indisch

Same as Kotabaru, Bintaran a residential alternative for the Dutch who settled in the territory of Indonesia, developed after the area was no longer adequate for Small Loji. Physically, the region that can be reached by walking east from the intersection Gondomanan boom was not quite as Kotabaru. Loji-Loji, The First Indisch In Yogyakarta

For hundreds of years they lived in Indonesia, including Yogyakarta, the Netherlands leaving a number of historic buildings. Those buildings are residents of Yogyakarta often called loji because of their large size with a large yard. Some of the heritage loji beauty can now be enjoyed with little cost, just down the area of the city center, starts from the intersection of Post Office. Loji oldest in Yogyakarta is located right across from Post Office, a building which is now called Fort Vredeburg. Building the castle which is often called the Great Loji or Loji Gede was built in the year 1776 – 1778, just two years ago after the founding of the Palace Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat one of the floating kingdom of Mataram.

The fortress was originally named Rustenburg was allegedly deliberately incorporated in the shaft Palace – The monument to be able to monitor movements of the Palace. Ratu Boko Palace is a majestic building built in the reign of Rakai Panangkaran, one of the descendants of Wangsa Syailendra. The palace that was originally named Abhayagiri Vihara (monastery on a peaceful hill) was built for seclusion and a focus on spiritual life. Being in this palace, you can feel at peace at the same time view of the city of Yogyakarta and Prambanan temple with the background of Mount Merapi.
